INM100/INM200 Infrared Configuration

INM microscope series are available in special NIR configuration and can combine infrared inspection tasks with automatic CD and film thickness measurement. The MCS software easily allows to run mixed jobs with inspection and metrology operations.

Resolution up to 0.18 microns by UV optics and broadband lens coatings offers high performance up to the near infrared.

 

Fully automatic setting of all illumination methods (HF, DF, ICR, FL and confocal contrast as well as the field diaphragm aperture, the aperture stop and a gray filter.

Dynamic laser autofocus for all contrasting methods

With our own engeneering capabilities, sophisticated systems for high-resolution measurement and inspection are designed for you.
