| We adapt wafer-loaders on one shared base plate for both microscope and loader. The loader puts the wafer on the arm of the stage, where the operator can inspect it. The stage can be transported in xy-direction and the wafer can be turned by the operator.
We synchronise both devices exactly and adjust the handover position accurately. The vacuum switches etc. are thoroughly tuned. If desired, the wafer loader can be customized directly for the customer's wafer.

Wir adaptieren die Waferloader auf einer gemeinsamen Grundplatte für Mikroskop und Loader. Der Loader legt den Wafer auf dem Arm des Tisches ab, wo er dann vom Bediener inspiziert werden kann. Der Tisch kann in X/Y Richtung verfahren werden, und der Wafer kann vom Bediener gedreht werden.
Beide Geräte werden bei uns exakt aufeinander abgestimmt und Übergabepositionen, Vakuumschalter etc werden eingestellt. Auf Wunsch kann der Waferloader auch direkt an die Kundenwafer antrainiert werden. Für weitere Informationen fragen Sie bitte bei uns an. |
